About me:

Since the age of 12 I've been involved in some kind of physical activity or sport. Currently I'm loving mixing up my CrossFit training with Pilates sessions. I love that whether you have a strength/fitness/health goal or if you're chasing endorphins or even if you're just training for life anything is achievable if you're willing to put the work in. I love seeing people set goals and achieve them and can't wait to begin our small group fitness training at True Fitness!

Training is something that’s very special to me - whether it’s strength training, trail running or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, health and fitness is always a priority to me. I’ve been training most of my adult life however in recent years I’ve devoted most of my time to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Training is my sanctuary, it challenges me and allows me to keep my mind and body healthy. I hold a certificate 3 in Fitness and am currently completing my certificate 4. Being a qualified gym instructor, I’m super grateful that I get to meet new people and my goal is to help them achieve a better quality of life through physical activity and strength training. Outside of training, I’m an explorer at heart - I love to travel and indulge in tasty eats from around the world!
